Selling a home requires the prosecution of a multi-faceted marketing campaign to ensure the desired audience is reached.  The more unique the property, the more nuanced the campaign. I include the following tactics in all campaigns. The target audience and messaging vary based upon a home’s uniqueness, location and price point.
